Ten Centimes-France-1982
Twenty Cents-South Africa-1995

How much would these be worth each? If you are able to say them from 1-7, that would be great!!

None of these coins are of any particular value.
The US coins that you mentioned — the quarter & nickel are just … normal money. Spend them like you would any other coin.
As for the rest, England and France now use the Euro, so their old currency has no real value. It’s just pocket change.
Keep it as a fun souvenir leftover from someone’s trip.
