I am a dangerous porn , smoking and masturbation addict.how can i gold cold turkey and quit ?
I am a very much porn , smoking and masturbation addict . I was a cam sex addict , youtube(porn) addict … Well I dont have a life people say get a gf , use porn filters to come to finish porn addiction , do this and that i’ve tried thousand times but i am still an addict i’ve quitted smoking twice but back to addiction .. these things are spoiling my life , 3 days back i decided not to watch porn and not masturbate but ended up masturbating and watching porn and smoking too ! i seriously dont have a life now ! and these three things are disturbing me specially POrn and MASTURBATION ! No one can understand me …

smoking habits –
METHOD 1- try to go with nicotine gum. when you smoke, nicotine goes to your brain and sets of a chemical that tells your brain, ” nicotine is good, have more” so you crave cigarettes. when you use nicotine gum, your brain is getting less nicotine, but still getting a bit of the high feeling. You will slowly stop the need of cigarettes, if you cooperate.
METHOD 2- smoke less cigarettes. lets say you smoke 20 cigars a week. try to cut that down to maybe 17 cigars a week. then 16, then 15, and so on. keep continuing to lower the of cigarettes you take in. Reducing the number too dramatically can is very hard and can cause you to give up, so go slowly until you may reach 0 cigars a week !
Porn Addiction -
METHOD 1- when setting up website blockers, get a friend to do it, not yourself. If you do it yourself, you know the password and can just unlock it when you want to watch porn. When getting a friend to do it, the password is unknown to you and you cannot access porn.
METHOD 2- find something better to watch. maybe go on youtube and watch some other sort of entertainment.
Masturbation Addiction-
METHOD 1- The reason you are so addicted to masturbating is because it feels really good and pleasurable. I am not saying masturbation is bad, it is actually good, but too much is bad. Masturbating is a way to prevent prostate cancer in the future, by NOT overdoing it. try doing this. masturbate one day then stop the next day, and do it again. so im saying to give it break for a day, and reward your self the next day with masturbation. try making the “break days” 2 days. then 3 and so on.
