Optimus Prime Action Figure
Legendary Optimus Prime, oldest character of the animated series of Transformers. Prime is a leader of the Autobot forces from the planet Cybertron, planet where the war wages between Autobots and Decepticons, eternal struggle for their home planet for the right to live there in peace.
Optimus Prime is one of the most known characters for most of the children in the world, from the original series, as well as many other editions, manga, Transformer games etc. Loyal and brave, fearless hero Prime has saved the planet earth not once from the Decepticons. Evil transformers, Decepticons, led by Megatron not once have tried to destroy the human race to control its natural resources, which is needed to create Energon, (power source for all transformers)
Optimus Prime’s vehicle mode is a semi-truck in blue and red colors. He uses laser rifle as a primary weapon in the animated series. As for the Michael Bay’s blockbuster, Transformers and Revenge of the Fallen, Prime, as well as Megatron use retractable swords. Prime is the carrier of the Autobot Matrix, only autobot leaders carry this item inside the chest. Through the years, numerous variations of the Optimus Prime’s model have been designed but the general appearance stays the same as for 30 years ago.
Hasbro has released numerous variations of the Prime’s action figures, including the new ones that feature Automorph technology. Transformation cycle into the combat mode is simplified. Projectile weapons can be launched from the actual weapons now. This particular model can also be played when in vehicle mode. This action figure includes batteries. The very same model of Prime is used in several Transformers games.
Price for this model is $40, which makes it affordable almost every kid. This toy delivers a lot of enjoyment and fun to everyone.
