why is west Bengal so poor and backward ?
while on a trip to West bengal i saw horrendous poverty which one can only find in states like bihar or UP.While on my way from kolkata to sunderbans the surrounding was so unclean that one would vomit.The whole of west bengal looks one giant toilet.So why is WB so poor?
