how long does it take me to become a resident in the state of Silver spring, Maryland?
I came from LA to board in silver spring, Washington. i have a drivers permit that expires in 2 months and its too late to go back to LA to get my road test. i wanted to know if i can take it in silver spring maryland, or i cant because I’m not a resident? i basically want to know how long it takes for me to become a resident in silver spring, Maryland?

You also will have to take the Maryland written test as well as the drivers test.
