Mercedes-Benz CLS Four Door Coupe
The shapely CLS coupe which is recognized for breaking the usual mould for Mercedes-Benz design is going to be new once more. It is heading towards a complete design adjustment and there is a huge transformation in its upcoming design.
It is still designed to be a swoopy sedan with a four-door access and coupe-style roofline. But, it will seem like it has been hitting the gym in full force. The end result is a muscular snout, pumped-up guards and a spectacular AMG-style profile.
As defined by Mercedes-Benz design head Prof. Gorden Wagener, “The revolutionary CLS points the way for the forthcoming perceptible style idiom of Mercedes-Benz.”
By using a giant silver sculpture, Prof. Wagener insinuated at his course for the CLS in Detroit motor Show that was shown last January of this year, and also the reality which would be served in October’s Paris Motor Show.
The re-modelled CLS shall be available in Australia starting at the 1st half of 2011 despite the fact that Mercedes-Benz Australia representative David McCarthy said they do not have the specified time frame yet. What they are sure of is the fact that it won’t be on the 1st quarter. Moreover, McCarthy also declared that Mercedes-Benz is looking to get a preview model for this October’s Australian International Motor Display, which will be presented in Sydney.
Throughout 2003, Mercedes-Benz walked into the four-door coupe venture, and even though a number of people compared the auto with Ford’s AU Falcon, it was a triumph selling 170,000 cars around the world.
