Does anybody remember any school playground riddles?
I remember one lyric that went around our school playground , as follows: (We’ll pretend it’s after the 9 o’clock watershed)
“As I was passing St.Paul’s, a lady grabbed me by the balls ,
I gave her a shilling , cos she was willing ,
I gave her a poun’ and she lay down ,
I gave her a smack , she opened her crack ,
and I slipped in my Union Jack.
Great schoolboy humour!!
Shakespere was a man of “wit” and on his shirt he had some “shirt buttons”.
as he was passing by St Pauls a lady grabbed by the balls
You look like a man of “Pluck” why don’t you come in for a good old “cuppa tea”.
May cost you a shilling, may cost you two bob it all depends on the size of your “cup”.
