If the US had sided with NAZI Germany instead of Soviet Russia what would the political world be like today?
Assuming the US and Germany won the war of course. Both Germany and Russia were builllding empires. Both killed millions of people(USSR killing over 3x as much) so it’s not like we picked the better of the two in WWII we just picked the most convenient. Imagine if it was the Soviet regime that was ended instead. No Cold War no Vietnam no Korean war no Chinese revolution. What would the world be like if that one change took place?
The peace would never have lasted, anything like the 3rd Reich would have to always be expanding. Being held in place would be a disaster. It would be interesting to see if the liberal idea of no jews would result in peace in the Middle East.
