I found my Caribbean vacation as a last minute deal
Everyone who lives in the Northern Hemisphere will get sick of having no sun during the winter months and of the weather getting cold. Your skin will loose its summer tan and the piles of clothes you put on seems to never end. I was the same way and was sick of the cold weather we were having and wanted to get away and book last minute travel plans for my fiance and me.
Before you always had to go to a vacation agency and get them to check for current deals on caribbean vacations and you were at the mercy of your agent in what they tell you. Most are pretty good but I chose to do the planning myself. It’s something about keeping your own plans under your own control feels great. With the advent of the internet and all the companies using it to advertise services the ability to find great deals online was quite easy. From sell offs to off time of the year sales, I was finding a lot of ways to save and get to the south where the sun is abundant.

Others will tend to deal with sales in places like Europe and other locations around the world. One thing to remember, many lower rated resorts, such as two to three star resorts, will come up with the best and cheapest deals. They will however also have the four or five star resorts. They will just obviously be more expensive and you will have to search for them. With booking last minute, I left myself open with the places to go. You can’t be as picky with exact locations you want to go as you might never find deals for that location. If you keep your options open to different islands, you can get an even better deal and who knows, you might pick a place you wouldn’t have otherwise and end up really enjoying it as a new vacation hot spot.
