Unstruck presidential planchet with inscription?
I’ve only found a case of one other person with this specific coin error. Is this something I could sell and where would I start?
It is possible that a blank was stuck in a hopper and then the struck coins were put on top of it, Then they went to the machine that put the edge lettering on it. it needs to be authenticated.
