Hi,
I’m peruvian… In Peru… the Day of the Dead (aka All Saints Day) is considered as a non-workable holiday. During this day, the families use to visit the cemeteries for a sort of “familiar meeting”. There are no special foods or drinks. It’s just a day to seize remembering their gone families/friends/etc..
In Mexico, this day is more traditional… with special foods and souvenirs…
