My son bought a roll of uncirculated 2007 pennies, they are heads & tails and P. He paid $5 for the roll. ok??
Is it fair market or rip off?
An ABSOLUTE rip off !! He paid a 1000 % mark up !!
Year old pennies uncirculated aren’t worth a DIME (sorry for the pun).
Your son shouldn’t go NEAR that person again… and if it is a business owner I would report them to the Better Business Bureau.
