Nazi Copper

WWII Anti-Nazi ashtray, anyone have info about it?
I was giving this ashtray from my grandmother, my great uncle fought in WW2. The story I heard about it is that it was from England and made of copper. It has the dutch sculpture represented: “”Manneken Pis”, with a Swastika below. It has no markings or signature. I would love to know anything about it.

I would assume that the ashtray was made by a local artisan in Brussels who was Anti-Nazi.
My interpretation of the piece is: The Swastika is in the bottom where the ashes are placed, representing the destruction of the Nazis. And the “”Manneken Pis” (which is a icon of Brussels) is pissing on the Swastika, representing the hatred of the Belgian (most of them) people for the Nazis.
