How far is Myanmar (Burma) from the United States?

A little more specifically, how far is Myanmar from Seattle, Washington?
That’s because neither are points on a map. Burma is almost as big as Texas, and there is a lot more to the United States than almost anyone knows.
Using the Ruler function of Google Earth, I was able to draw a line from the northeast corner of Burma (on the Mekong river) to Orote Point on Guam that is 4,687 kilometers. A line from the same point to Midway Island is 8,717 km, to Ni’Ihau Island in Hawaii is 9,964 km, to American Samoa is 10,378 km, and to the Cape Flattery Lighthouse on Tatoosh Island in Washington State is 10,987 km. A non-stop flight between the two capital cities (Yangon International Airport to Dulles International Airport in Washington DC) would be 13, 770 km.
