Why is Cinco de Mayo considered the national day of Mexico in the USA?
Cinco de Mayo (May 5th) is not the official national (independence) day of Mexico. Why is it considered the national day of Mexico in the USA? How would the American people feel we if we (Mexicans) celebrated November 12th (to say any date) as the national day of the USA instead of 4th of July? Do Americans know what the national (independence) day of Mexico really is?
because ppl are stupid and don’t care to educate themselves. i grew up in a predomnatly mexican town and am glad that i know what cinco de mayo really is and that not ALL mexicans celebrate it.
I’vebeen to a dew different countries and they all have ridiculous ideas about other races and countries.
