My hair looks like a dead stick?
My hair is the same color and luster, about, of a dead, dried-out stick. It tends to frizz, just a bit, but enough to ruin any smooth or shine. I’ve tried a work-in spray, but it isn’t doing anything. The hair is fine and lies flat against my head and is almost straight but slightly wavy at the ends, and a bit past shoulder-length. Oily. Any suggestions? I’d like it to be, not straight, but smooth and shiny.
I wish i had straight hair! my hair is so wavy and curly!! but this is what you should do to achieve soft, bouncy, and voluminous hair.
1. shampoo your hair with a volumizing shampoo. i recommend the pantene sheer volume shampoo. don’t use conditioner because it might weigh your hair down.
2. when you get out of the shower, put a volumizing moouse in your hair. use a generous amount and scrunch.
3. then put a small (very small) amount of a serum in your hair. i recommend Biosilk or CHI silk infusion. this will help make your hair shiny and soft.
4. then blow dry your hair upside down until in is totally dry. then leave your hair upside down until it in completely cooled.
5. then take some sections of hair on the top of your head and spray with strong hold hairspray. i recommend Garnier Fruictis full control hairspray strong hold. then keep fluffing your hair until the hairspray is dried. make sure you don’t put too much, or else your hair will get crunchy and hard.
6. then you can put more serum in your hair for extra softness and shine.
