Is it best to change cash from GBP to Bulgarian Levs before you go or when you get there?
I know when I go to Spain I always get a better rate over there but I’ve never been to Bulgaria.
I agree with HRU, don’t go to the exchange offices, better go straight to any bank and change your cash there.
