Groschen Coin

I have an old coin and was wondering if it had any value?
on one side the coin has osterreich republik with a symbol, and the other side says 50 groschen 1961.

what you have is a coin from Austria–50 groschen being their “half dollar” coin, as 100 groschen = 1 schilling. unfortunately if this coin is circulated, and not new shiny brass colored, it has little value. sorry
