§ Where can I purchase picture frames that are decorated beautifully? Are those frames around now?
I miss picture frames that were decorated with floral and raised gilded designs similar to a wedding invitation that is beautifully created or beautiful Victorian frames. All I see are plain wood, plastic, and clear picture holders with no wood frame edges. Do they make decorated frames with flowers, pearls, etched flower, gold, silver? Any websites that sell them? Thank you so much.
