Where did the washing machine come from

The first washing machine was released in early 1691 where a patent was handed out for the 'Washing and Wringing Machines'. I wasn't then until 1752 that an early drawing appeared in the magazine "The Gentlemen" which was an English magazine from Germany strangely.
A long time ago in 1782, Henry Sidgier was granted a special patent for his unique rotating drum washer.
In 1904 Louis Goldenberg invented the electric washing machine whilst working for the Ford motor Company.
By 1928 Electric washing machines were selling 1 million units a year, In 1934 the first laundrette opened in Texas with the use of coin slots and commercial laundry equipment was first produced.
Over the Second World War the production of washing machines stopped yet research continued. At this point over 60% of homes in America had a washing machine.
By the 1950′s Several manufacturers were producing these auto or at least semi automatic machines and also the first large washing machines were being produced for the commercial industry.
Front loading machines became the industry standard for commerical washing machines in Europe in the 1970′s although different speeds of machines have been developed ranging from 360 to 200RPM, In the USĀ  top loading machines are much more commonly used, many believe the reason for this difference is the fact that many Europeans like prefer integrate their machines under worktops.
Because today's machines have to conform to EU standards we are given a product which is far more economical and 'Green'. Ultimately, this helps our planet and reduces carbon emmissions.
Back in those days they were already researching into ways of how to make washing machines more economical and use less energy. Even today research is still focused on delivering these solutions
or “airwash” which is what they are calling the technology which is being developed in Japan.

The Beatles’ last days as a band were as productive as any major pop phenomenon that was about to split. After recording the ragged-but-right Let It Be, the group held on for this ambitious effort, an album that was to become their best-selling. Though all four contribute to the first side’s writing, John Lennon’s hard-rocking, “Come Together” and “I Want You (She’s So Heavy)” make the strongest i…
