I am going to eat sushi tomorrow for lunch, how can I be more hungry?
I eat sushi at least once a month but most likely more. I’m in love with sushi(rolls) and have been for quite a while now. I eat at least three rolls everytime I go, sometimes five, and even seven. I want to be as full as possible tomorrow so I can eat as much as I can. It’s all you can eat. Do you have any tips for preperation, and tips for while I’m eating? It will be at around 11 a.m. Any help is appreciated so I can use it for future references. (:

I think I’m going to run a few miles before going. 
I do stuff my face when I get there, so I probably should take it slow.
I’ll eat an extra few rolls just for you. (:
I guess it has something to do with your habit of eating? The more energy you spend, the more input you will require; thus, the more food you will need to support your daily activities. Moreover, as long as you fuel your metabolism and let it work as fast as it could then you will get hungry really easily.
Also, do you staff your stomach as soon as you sit down. Take it easy and take it slow, the slower you eat the more you will be able to eat.
