Discover a Stretch Mark Therapy to Reduce the Annoying Lines – How To Get Rid Of Stretch Marks
People get stretch marks for different reasons. Sometimes it is because of their hereditary make-up, a rapid weight gain or loss, pregnancy, dry skin or puberty. Whatever the case, most people aren’t particularly fond of the unsightly red and purple lines appearing in places like the buttocks, hips, breasts, abdomen or legs. However, even though they despise the stretch marks, they also don’t want to try an invasive procedure or an expensive product to remove them – at least not yet. This is why most people tend to try a stretch mark therapy to reduce or possibly even remove the annoying lines.
One stretch mark therapy is to use a natural ointment that is made out of aloe vera gel, virgin olive oil, vitamin E and vitamin A. However, you will first want to exfoliate the stretch mark region with an exfoliating cream or apricot scrub, rubbing it into your skin in a circular manner. Then rinse the area off and pat it completely dry. You will then rub the natural solution deep into the stretch marks until it is all gone and completely absorbed.
While no one likes the idea of castor oil, it is a product that has been found to help with the removal of stretch marks. This stretch mark home remedy is a wrapping technique that has you rub castor oil deep into the visible stretch marks. They then suggest wrapping the area with plastic wrap and putting a heating pad on the area. You will want to leave the entire solution and plastic wrapping on the body for 20 to 25 minutes. After this, you can remove the wrapping, wash everything off and pat it completely dry.
While neither stretch mark therapy will be guaranteed to remove the lines completely, they will help in some form.
If you have some stretch marks that are currently difficult to get rid of, then you should try out the recommendations in the “Just Stretch Marks Guide”, since they have proven to work for so many people around the world.
