Five Centavos

Value of old money/WWII notes?
My grandfather gave me several dozen old WWII notes recently. There are many Japanese centavo notes in 1,5,10, and 50 denominations.
There are two others that I think may be rare, but am not sure. One is a 1914 Dollar Bill, that is in really good condition. It says Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco on it, and shows only slight wear.
The other thing is a complete “Smileage Book” made by the Army and has the year 1917 written on the front. It holds all 20 five cent stamps inside. Is it worth anything?
