Can previous local currencies from European countries be changed to EURO?
My friend is still keeping lots of coins from Finland, Germany, France, Belgium before they changed to EURO. Can they be changed to EURO in any of the banks?
It depends on which nation the coins are from, but they can only be exchanged in the National bank.
