Mark Twain is one of the most well-known American writers (Mark Twain Books New Zealand). Mark Twain was the pen name of Samuel Langhorne Clemens. He was born in Florida, Missouri in 1835. He died April 21, 1910 at the age of 74 in Redding, Connecticut.

Mark Twain is most well-known for his novels “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer” (1876) and “Adventures of Huckleberry Finn” (1884).
