Top Notch Sea Creatures
Going on one of those diving holidays is a really good thing to do and in my opinion this is because you get to see some really great sea creatures. Here are some of the ones you could encounter when you go on your next diving session.
Blobfish
These sea creatures are very strange looking ones indeed and they always look like they are frowning about something, they are very rarely found by humans but if they are found you will see them in Australia and Tasmania in very deep waters among pressure that is dozens higher than sea level. This allows the fish to actually float above the sea floor without even using any energy at all and it is a very lazy fish, barely using any energy to even eat.
Viperfish
This fish is another one that lives very deep in the water and it has very long needle teeth with hinged jaws. These fish will actually come up the shallow parts of the water at night and they hunt by attracting fish to them by lighting an organ up. They actually can vary in colour from green, silver and black.
Weedy Sea Dragon
This is one of my favourite deep sea animals because it is one of the very few sea creatures to have built in camouflage. They have very small fins that propel them forward and it gives off the illusion that you are only seeing a piece of seaweed float across the waters. The way that these creatures actually mate is very cool indeed, they dance. The male (like most sea horses) actually carries the eggs.
So although some of these are going to be rare when you go on Maldives divingholidays you still may have a chance at spotting them. If you do please be careful with them as they are very rare sights indeed. Of course ifshark diving is for you then make sure you get out there and spot some sharks!
