* round decimal answers to nearest tenth.
i don’t understand how to solve this problem :S
can someone help me please?
ok, to find the length of the altitude, you can do a geometric mean… but you must first find the lengths of several other segments. lets say the right angle is angle “a” and the top angle is angle “b” along with the left bottom angle which is “c.” you need to find the length of the segment between angle a and the altitude. to do so you need to set up a proportion like so: x/76 = 76/107.5 and you then need to find the length of the opposite segment, the one between angle c and the altitude. its basicly the same proportion, once you find the answer: “x” you need to set up the next and final proportion, the altitude is “y” and relates to the other segments, which are both the same length and will both be called “x” the proportion will look like this: x/y = y/x and that will be the length of the altitude. if you need more help, are confused or need a diagram, feel free to e mail me at jks_soccer@yahoo.com

Out From Out Where $9.73 Brazilian-born beatmeister Amon Tobin unleashes another genre-imploding and totally killer album (his fourth) with Out from Out Where. Darker, harder-edged, and less jazzy than its predecessor, Supermodified, the album’s mood is actually closest to his debut. Out Where is dense and playful in its own ominous horror-soundtrack-with-beats manner, the post-jungle beats lovingly fractured and reconsti… |
