There are several luxury Bangkok boutique hotels sprawled around the city, ranging from traditional-oriented designs to sleek, contemporary designs. Some boutique hotels lack the usual holiday amenities like swimming pools and gyms, but guests can easily busy themselves with the wonderful sights, attractions and entertainment nearby and around the bustling city.
Shanghai Mansion, China Town
The Shanghai Mansion in the bustling historic district of China Town was opened in 2006, but was recently refurbished. The exterior of the hotel isn’t much to look at, but the interior is impressive, filled with wonderful, warm, traditional Chinese decor, including some antique pieces. The hotel has free WiFi throughout, and a luxuriously furnished library and lobby lounge.

There are just 75 beautifully furnished Chinese-style rooms with basic amenities, with rates starting at just $58. For late bookings, the hotel has a deal of about $60 a night, to be enquired when booking.
Heritage Baan Silom
Set in a neo-Colonial style building in the commercial district of Silom is the Heritage Baan Silom, one of the newest boutique hotels in the area. Located nearby many shopping malls, nightlife hotspots and offices is The Siam Heritage Boutique Suites, a luxury boutique hotel of classic, traditional Thai living. The hotel features a swimming pool, a great restaurant, a private spa, and other premier facilities and services.
