Coins Belgium
May 31st, 2009

Does anyone know the value of a 1948 5 fr Belgium coin?
Unfortunately, it’s a pretty common coin. Even with absolutely no wear, it’s the type of coin you’d find in a dealer’s “two for a buck” box.
Because Belgium is a bilingual country (Dutch and French) there are actually two versions of the coin. On the French version, the name of the country is spelled “Belgique”. On the Dutch version, it’s “BelgiĆ«”
