Error coin 1999 quarter that jumped out of the press and has 2 corners cut out?

I have a 1999 quarter that I received in change 10 years ago that apparently jumped out of the press and then got stamped again and there are 2 corners cut out of it where it went through the press again. Where would I find out the value of it.

I am not sure what you have since coins do not have corners, but it is possible you have a doubly clipped planchet or flan. If I am right, the “clips” happened first, and then the coin was stamped. A local coin expert would be able to tell you for sure, and the last link is dedicated to error coins. I hope that helps.
