I found this weird Japanese or Chinese coin….?

Today i found this coin in the parking lot that is very peculiar. i have no idea what it is or where it is from or if it is valuable. on one side, there is a chinese dragon,that seems to be in pieces and on the other a man or boys face wearing very asian clothes from a period long ago. along the side of each picture are japanese or chinese symbols. along the bottom it then says(under the mans face) 1736-1795. it appears to be old as it is warn and is about the size of half dollar if not a tad bigger. it is also rather heavy,it is also about the thickness of a quarter, maybe a little bigger.please help me figure out what this coin is!!!
