The only major bottlenecks you have in your system is, your operating system and your graphics card. I have the same motherboard and a dual core built for overclocking. You could get more out of your ram with 64 bit system, but then you would have compatibility issues to work around. 32 bit only uses 3.2 gigs of ram maximum.
I used an 8800 series card with the demo and had some slow down on low. The ultra and other high end 8800 cards are still good but the lack of directx 11 and older architecture has trouble with the high end new games.
If you haven’t spent money on your card, I would consider the new geforce 460. The 470 is even better but a bit more pricey. Make sure you can hook up two 6 pin power supplies to the card though.
You have a very good set up, but Crysis is a beast the easiest upgrade you can do is your graphics card. The second easiest, although costliest is to switch to an solid state hard drive, 7500 rpm hard drives slow down performance quite a bit, 10k rpms are better but in that price you might as well get the best, which is solid state. Traditional hard drives have to spin up and find information like on a CD, solid state is more like a flash drive.
