I dont understand these question. please explain:

Do you intend to maintain your permanent residence outside the
Federal Republic of Germany? If so, where?

24. What are your means of subsistence?
(What do i write here? The amount of money I’ll have with me or what?)

The first question is exploring your ties to your home country. If you are keeping you current permanent residence i.e. your home, answer yes and state address. If you will have no permanent residence back in your own country answer no.
The second question relates to how you intend to support yourself during your stay and what funds are available to you. You will need to provide evidence of this in the form of bank statements or savings book, or a credit card statement showing your available funds to spend.
