Britain Farthing
October 26th, 2006

I have a 1918 ONE PENNY coin from Great Britain, also a 1949 TWO SHILLING,a1957 HALF PENNY and a1956 FARTHING.
Anyone with an idea what they are worth ? Thanks Mike
I realize what you’re saying, they’re old. But I don’t think that you’ll get more than five dollars for each out of people. I realize that’s a lot more than what they would be worth normally, but that’s the maximum I think you’ll get and I’m guessing you were looking for a lot of money since they were antiques.

Peter Carmichael is commander of the Watch, Britain’s distinctly British secret police. It’s his job to warn the Prime Min… |

Ha’penny $4.26 In 1949, eight years after the “Peace with Honor” was negotiated between Great Britain and Nazi Germany by the Farthing Set, England has completed its slide into fascist dicatorship. Then a bomb explodes in a London suburb. The brilliant but politically compromised Inspector Carmichael of Scotland Yard is assigned the case. What he finds leads him to a conspiracy of peers and communists, of staun… |
