Bolivares Silver

What is te value of this coin in American money?
I have a silver coin saying “100 bolivares” It was made in 1983 and it has a picture of a man holding a scroll thing on the front, and a house on the back. Mine is in mint condition and is uncirculated. Thank you for any response.
The man is Simon Bolivar (the currency is named after him because he is known as ‘the George Washington of South America’) and the coin commemorates the 200th anniversary of his birth. It is a Venezuela issue.
Value is tied to the value of the silver. Collector value has risen along with the metal. It is 90% silver and weighs just under one Troy ounce, making the current value of the silver about $25 US.
You will see this coin listed at $50 – $70, but realistically, they sell for a 20% – 30% premium above the price of the silver. One recently sold for $27 plus $7 postage.
