Blank planchet – unstriked quarter?
While going through the rolls of quarters I have, I found one that had not been striked. It has a rim, but there is nothing on the obverse and reverse sides. From the thickness, I can tell that it is not a damaged quarter.
How much is it worth, and what should I do about it?
