received a driving citation?
Hi i need some info from more experienced people I am young i received a ticket almost 3 years ago im on social security finally had the money to pay them they got sent to a collection agency i have paid them off they will report on tuesday they said i am trying to buy a car the same day. But i got one ticket for proof of insurance the officer said that the insurance was cancelled the car was repossessed. what do i need to do i have such little time. Yes the car was in my name but the people who financed it Wells Fargo put bogus insurance on the car Balboa Insurance.

Wells fargo has a blanket policy to protect the vehicle till you get insurance.
Show all your records that you did have insurance to an attorney to settle the matter.
